Spare baking stone for Fyra/Koda 12/Volt pizza oven - Ooni

The baking stone, Ooni brand is made of cordierite, extremely durable and resistant. Being 10 mm thick, the baking stone retains heat and facilitates fast and even baking of pizza top to obtain a delicious pizza every time.

Clean the baking stone with the Ooni oven brush after it has cooled. Turn the baking stone over before the next use to remove excess flour. Do not use water or soap.
