Non-stick pan, made of aluminium, produced by de Buyer, with a diameter of 28 cm, perfect for cooking delicate dishes such as fish or vegetables.

It is also ideal for reheating pre-cooked meals or thickening sauces without altering their taste, colour, or aroma.

Forged aluminium with a thickness of 4 mm, from which the pan is made, allows for gradual heating of food. The bottom part is made of AISI 430 ferritic stainless steel, which is induction-friendly.

The exterior and interior coatings are ultra-resistant and made with the latest technology. The non-stick pan offers excellent performance, with increased durability and resistance to abrasion and high temperatures. Its lifespan is 50% longer.

The riveted stainless steel handle is curved in the French style, making it easy to maneuver.

It can be used on all heat sources, including induction cooktops, and in the oven (10 minutes at a maximum of 230°C).

Do not overheat or heat the pan without contents. Avoid temperature shocks. Do not use metal utensils in the pan.

Care: hand wash only, using a non-abrasive sponge.
