Round mini-saucepan with stand, 11 cm - LAVA

Round mini-saucepan with stand, Lava brand, diameter of 11 cm, capacity of 0.22 l, made from cast iron. The 12 cm diameter stand is made from beech wood.

Cast iron is a material that heats up slowly but, once heated, it retains heat very well for a long time. Thus, the cookware are suitable for most cooking techniques, be it frying, slow cooking or oven cooking.

Features:
The saucepan walls have a thickness of 3 mm. On the inside, the saucepan  is coated with one layer of black enamel that facilitates the formation of a non-stick surface when cooking with grease.

The vitreous enamel, material used for the outer finishing of the Lava cast iron cookware, is obtained by spraying glass powder at temperatures of 750 - 850°C. The glass powder adheres to the surface of the saucepan creating a protective layer that also helps to optimally distribute heat.

The base of the saucepan has thickness of 4 mm and makes possible for Lava cookware to be usable on all types of hobs, including induction hobs.

Do not use in the microwave.
