Caramelized sugar topping on desserts, creme brulee, tarte Tatin or glazed cakes - here are some ideas to use the professional burner, made by Kitchen Craft.

The body of the burner is metallic and due to its ergonomic design it allows an easy grasp, the ignition is instantly triggered, and the flame is adjustable for a simple and safe use.

Also, the device has a safety locking system, a stable stand that is removable, and its tank is cylindrical, rechargeable.

On delivery, the burner is empty and it can only be charged with butane gas.

This product is manufactured in accordance with BS EN ISO22702:2003 standards.

To be cleaned with dry cloth.
