Pressure cooker, made of 18/10 stainless steel, Zokura brand.

Consists of: 

• Stainless steel pot, 7.5 l capacity, upper diameter (inner: 22 cm; outer: 24 cm);
• Stainless steel leakproof lid;
• Glass lid, 24 cm in diameter, suitable for conventional cooking.

The presssure cooker is compatible with all types of hobs, including induction ones.

Pressure cooking is ideal for cooking foods that require a long cooking time (such as soups, meat, vegetables, potatoes, other dry foods).

The operating pressure is 100kPa (15PSI) and temperature reaches 120^oC. 

Safety first

The lid locking system prevents opening under pressure. Safety is ensured by multiple integrated systems: safety locking valve; pressure regulating valve; safety window for gasket; heat resistant handles. In addition, measurement markings on the pressure cooker walls for minimum and maximum permissible level guide the user. A modern, fast, risk-free, stress-free cooking method.

Preserving natural aromas and colours

The valve-controlled steam, together with shorter cooking times, helps to maintain the flavor, minerals and vitamins, as well as the color of the food. At the same time, the multi-ply sandwich base ensures optimal heat distribution over the entire surface of the pressure cooker, facilitating cooking.

Easy to use and take care of

The lid locking system, the nicely designed plastic handles and the measurement markings on the pressure cooker walls (1/2 and 2/3 of the total capacity, as well as the liter gradations) make the pressure cooker easy to use.
