Perforated baking tray, aluminium, 65 x 53 cm GN 2/1 - AMT Gastroguss

GN 2/1 baking tray with non-stick coating, produced by AMT Gastroguss, dimensions 65 x 53 cm, height 2 mm, thickness 1.5 mm, made of PFOA-free aluminium, manufactured in Germany.

This tray has perforations to ensure that the distribution of hot air in the oven occurs as quickly and evenly as possible. Because it heats up very quickly, you can save up to 20% energy, and your dishes will have a crispy consistency with a golden crust.

The product is oven-safe up to a temperature of 240 °C. It is not suitable for induction hobs.

All AMT Gastroguss products are made from cast aluminium by skilled craftsmen. Some advantages of manually cast aluminium include longer curing time, which prevents material stress, uniform casting, and fewer air pockets in the material compared to mechanized casting.

The aluminium used for Gastroguss products is first sandblasted to increase 12 fold the adhesion surface for the subsequent layers.
