The 5-Ply coating is made, starting from the inside, from an outer layer of 18/10 stainless steel, 2 thicker inner layers of aluminum comprising a thick inner median layer of aluminum alloy and a special alloy layer on the outside.

This layer ensures fast and uniform heat distribution up to the low edge of the frying pan, thus ensuring uniform browning of pancakes.

The ergonomic handle is made of 18/10 stainless steel and ensures a secure grip.

The pancake pan is very easy to clean thanks to the specially treated SILVINOX® surface which keeps the specific shine of the frying pan for a long time.
