It has a non-stick layer made of PTFE, consisting of 5 layers, which does not contain PFOA and has an increased resistance to scratches. The pan is in accordance with international HACCP standards.

This frying pan is ideal for cooking delicate dishes and reheating them before serving.

The "Choc Resto Induction HACCP" range includes products that do not deform, heat gradually and constantly, their base is reinforced and the heat is evenly distributed over their entire surface. Also, the pans have a 5-layer non-stick coating made of PTFE , which does not contain PFOA and is resistant to intensive use.

The "Lyonnaise" profile of the pan, with inclined and rounded sides, which do not have sharp angles, allows the food to slide easily from the pan to the plate or dish in which it will be served.

The very resistant handle of the frying pan is made of steel and is fastened with rivets and is coated in red resin resistant in the oven up to 200°C for 10 minutes. The red color indicate that you can cook meat with it.

Thanks to the stainless steel base, the pan can be used on all types of hobs, including induction ones.

Care and cleaning:

Do not overheat and do not leave the pan on the fire without fat. Avoid thermal shocks and do not use metal objects in the pan.

Cleaning the pan is done only by hand washing with a non-abrasive sponge.
