Using this type of accessory you can make lasagnette pasta, 12 mm. The word “lasagnette” means small lasagna. Loved for its resemblance to lasagna, this pasta is just as versatile, but much easier to cook and has a more sophisticated and refined look. Using the accessory specially created for lasagnette, you can enjoy the fresh flavor of this pasta made right at home.

This accessory cuts dough into 12 mm wide lasagna sheets. To use, simply attach it to the Imperia pasta machine, then insert the pasta dough. The ideal pasta dough should be firm and even slightly dry, and lightly dusted with flour.
