The traditional pepper grinder is equipped with a durable steel grinding mechanism. To add peppercorns, completely unscrew the top knob and remove the lid. Fill the grinder with peppercorns and reassemble the product.

Adjust the grinding level using the top knob: the tighter the knob, the finer the grinding (spicy, but less flavorful). The less tight the knob, the coarser the grinding (flavourful, but less spicy).

Always turn the grinder clockwise to get the best peppercorn grind, this operation also protecting the grinder's teeth.

The pepper grinder is suitable for all types of peppercorns (white, black or mixed). Never fill the pepper grinder with salt.

Care: use a dry cleaning cloth. Do not immerse the grinder in water. Avoid shocks.
