This jar is suitable for terrines as well as for storing dry foods, jams, and conserves, and also for serving finger food, appetizers, antipasti, and desserts impeccably.

It is dishwasher safe after removing the gasket and metal ring.

Hand wash the gasket and metal ring with a mild detergent.

It can be used in the microwave for heating and thawing programs after removing the metal gasket.

It is not suitable for use in a traditional oven.
