Heated display showcase, WD 200, 2 tiers, 650 W – Roller Grill

The Roller Grill WD 200 heated display showcase is suitable for bars, bakeries, and teahouses.

With its compact design, the product can easily be placed on the countertop and is often used for heating croissants or snacks.

The thermostat allows you to adjust the temperature in the range 20 – 90˚C to keep pastries, quiches or pizza slices warm.

The showcase is equipped with a system to control and maintain the humidity at an optimal level (with the help of a water drawer), necessary to keep the freshness of the products.

It can store 2 Gastronorm GN 1/1 trays thanks to the 2 presentation tiers.

The WD 200 professional showcase is very easy to use and to clean. The front and rear doors can be lifted for easy serving. This product can therefore also be used for self-service. A handle is used to block access from the consumer side, if the vendor prefers to serve the customer directly.

The stainless steel bottom tray, the drawer for water and the glass part of the shelf are completely removable and can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
