Staub products are made of a very high quality cast iron with increased resistance to scratches and chips, easy to clean and with a long service life.

Features:
Inside, the pot is provided with a layer of matte black enamel produced by Staub through special technologies that offer advantages in the case of cooking techniques. The oils (fats) used during cooking will penetrate the pores of the matte enamel and create a smooth, natural non-stick surface. That's why Staub cookware gets better and better as you use it.

The outside of the pot has 3 layers of special enamel which, in combination with special cast iron, ensures optimal heat distribution over the entire surface of the pot.

It can be used on any type of hob (gas flame, electric hob, glass-ceramic hob, halogen hob, induction hob).

The grill pan is not suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher.
