Features:

- 5-Ply material with a thickness of 3 mm (including the edge of the grill pan) helps to optimize heat distribution; 18/10 stainless steel interior, pure aluminium, aluminium alloy core, pure aluminium and 18/0 stainless steel magnetic exterior with satin finish.

- The unique Silvinox finish removes impurities, thus ensuring the shine of the cookware even after many years of use.

- Welded stainless steel handles are stronger and more hygienic, preventing the accumulation of food and grease; the pouring edge allows the easy transfer of food.

- The grill pan can be cleaned in the dishwasher, although manual washing is recommended.

- This product can be used on the hob and in the oven under safe conditions, up to 260°C. This pan is compatible with all cooking sources, including induction hobs.
