Gas oven for pizza Ooni Koda 2 Max has a sufficiently large cooking area (60 cm) that allows you to cook two 30 cm diameter pizzas or three 25 cm diameter pizzas simultaneously, in just 60 seconds.
The pizza oven features 2 independently controlled cooking zones with the help of two independent gas burners that aid in even and efficient cooking.
The Ooni G2 Gas Technology™ helps produce uniform heat throughout the oven for cooking pizza with a single rotation, and the digital temperature hub instantaneously reads the temperature so you know exactly when to add the pizza or steak to the oven.

What makes the Koda 2 Max stand out?
With its cooking surface of 60 x 53 cm, the Koda 2 Max is the largest Ooni oven to date, capable of cooking a 50 cm New York style pizza or several pizzas at once.
Two independently controlled cooking zones allow side-by-side cooking at optimal temperature. You can cook a Deep Dish pizza on one side while preparing a Neapolitan pizza on the other in just 60 seconds, or grill steaks on the left while cooking vegetables on the right.
The Koda 2 Max includes the most advanced gas fuel system yet. The Ooni G2 Gas Technology™ offers high energy efficiency and produces incredibly uniform heat in the oven. It creates a unique cone-shaped flame and has two dedicated dials for precise temperature control.
The Koda 2 Max also features the new digital temperature hub. It provides readings from various locations in the oven so you know exactly when it’s time to cook. The hub also includes two temperature probes for optimal meat checking. You can connect to the hub via Bluetooth to monitor temperatures while preparing ingredients using the Ooni Connect™ app.
Cleaning tips for the oven:
To clean the exterior: Allow the oven to cool completely and use a dry paper towel to remove soot. For tougher stains, clean with soap and water and dry immediately.
To clean the baking stone: Allow the oven to cool completely. Remove stubborn food debris with the Ooni oven brush. Turn the stone over and reinsert it into the oven for the next cooking session. The oven’s heat will be sufficient to burn off any remaining residues.
Do not clean the stone with water, as it will damage it.

IMPORTANT:
The built-in flame safety device (FSD) will automatically cut off the gas supply if the flame is extinguished while the gas supply is on.
The oven is compatible only with large propane gas cylinders (14 kg/19 kg) along with a standard regulator for gas cylinders (included).
It is not compatible with natural gas regulators, pipeline gas, or high-pressure gas.
The propane cylinder cannot be adapted for use with natural gas.
