With a diameter of 28 cm and a height of 6 cm, the frying pan is ideal for preparing pancakes, eggs, fish or rice. These dishes, in order to be cooked in a healthy manner, typically require preparation in a frying pan with non-stick surface, to avoid the use oil or other greases.

The non-stick Duraslide® Ultra PFOA-free coat of this frying pan can successfully perform such tasks.

The frying pan is made from 3 layers of SIGMA Classic material which consists in an aluminum core and two layerd from stainless steel. These 3 layers of material ensure a good distribution of heat across the entire surface of the frying pan for a uniform browning of the food. In addition, this material has excellent heat retention properties, so the food left in the frying pan will stay warm for longer.

Instead, the handle, made entirely from stainless steel, will stay cool during use.

The frying pan can be used on all types of hobs, including induction hobs.
