Product description
Perfect for tea parties, the tiny Friands cakes have been part of the French pastry cuisine since the 17th century and were iniatially called "visitandines", after the order of the Catholic nuns who prepared them for the first time. They became fashionable again in 1890 when they took the shape of gold ingots (rectangular) in the financial district near the Paris Stock Exchange, which is why these small cakes are also called financiers.
With the help of the Kitchen Craft tray for friands/financiers cakes, you can prepare at home 12 such small delicacies (each compartment has the dimensions of 7.5 x 5.5 x 4 cm), giving you the joy of new flavours, appreciated worldwide.
With dimensions of 35.5 x 26.5 cm, the tray is made from steel with a thickness of 1 mm, coated with a double non-stick layer.
The product can be cleaned in the dishwasher, can be put inside the freezer, in the refrigerator and in the oven at temperatures up to 220°C.
