Deep-fry basket, 30 cm, steel - de Buyer

Deep-fry basket, de Buyer brand, diameter 30 cm, which can be used for quick frying of dishes, such as French fries or potatoes chips, chicken wings, breaded cauliflower or snitzels.

The basket is "woven" and has thick steel wires so that potato chips in particular do not fall into the dep frying pan. 

The 2 handles that the basket is fitted with, help you place it on the edges of the deep frying pan to allow food to drain grease easily.

Cleaning: Hand-wash the basket with non-abrasive sponge. The basket shall not be cleaned in the dishwasher.
