The Staub products are manufactured from cast iron of very good quality with increased resistance to scratching and chipping, which makes them easy to clean and ensures a long service life. 

Characteristics:
On the inside, the crêpe pan is provided with a layer of matte black enamel, produced by Staub through special technologies, that offer advantages in the case of cooking techniques. The oils (fats) used during cooking will penetrate the pores of the matte enamel and create a smooth natural non-stick surface. That is why the Staub cookware get better and better as the years go by, as you use them.

The crêpe pan can be used on any types of cooktops (gas hob, electric hob, vitro-ceramic hob, halogen hob and induction hob).

This product is not dishwasher-safe.
