The chef's knife is the most frequently used knife and will help you regardless of the ingredients you will work with. You can use it to cut, to slice vegetables, fruit and meats, being an indispensable knife for any cook, either amateur or professional.
The knife blade is 20 cm long, being manufactured by means of SIGMAFORGE® from a special steel with an optimal combination of chromium, carbon and iron. After forging, the blade is submitted to the FRIODUR® treatment, a process developed by the German manufacturer ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS, which involves the blade hardening by cryogenics, at temperatures of -70°C, resulting in a hard, shock-resistant, rust-proof and stain-proof steel.
The handle is made of synthetic material, being very easy to clean.
