Cast iron tray, 22 x 30 cm, red - LAVA brand

Tray for oven cooking, Lava brand, dimensions of 22 x 30 cm, made from cast iron.

With a capacity of 2.54 l, the tray is coated with 3 thick layers of enamel on the outside and one matte black finish on the inside. Base thickness is 5 mm while thickness of tray walls is 3 mm. The tray was subjected to the burning process 2 times for enhanced durability and better cooking performance.

The cast iron cooking surface allows you to prepare chicken with a crispy crust, lasagna, vegetables or fish, ensuring each time a uniform cooking of the dishes.

The built-in handles allow you to handle the tray easily, using special oven gloves.

The tray can be cleaned by hand or inserted in the dishwasher. 

The tray withstands temperatures up to 260°C in the oven. It is not necessary to apply any layer of oil on the tray surface before use.
