DECALCIFICATION PROCESS

Proper cleaning and maintenance ensure long-term functionality, so you can enjoy perfect coffee every time. The infuser is fully removable for cleaning. It should be cleaned with clean water once a month. No lubrication is required. The milk carafe components should be disassembled for thorough cleaning. These can also be cleaned in the dishwasher.
Decalcification is performed when requested by the espresso machine. It is recommended to use original DeLonghi EcoDecalk products. We recommend changing the water filter every 2 months to reduce limescale build-up and extend the life of the espresso machine. The Eco Multiclean detergent helps clean and remove milk deposits and coffee stains.
