Recipe for 20 Cake Pops
Ingredients:
113g powdered sugar
113g margarine
113g flour
1 sachet of baking powder
3 eggs
Required utensils:
2 Cake Pops molds with 20 cavities
1 set of 15 cm Cake Pops sticks
1 Cake Pops tongs
1 Cake Pops stand
Mode of preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients and pour the mixture in a special cake pops mold, filling ¾ of its capacity and, then, place another identical mold on top.
2. Put the combined molds for 20 minutes into the oven heated to 180°C. Meanwhile, prepare the icings you want for cake pops.
3. Wearing oven gloves, take the molds out of the oven and let them cool down completely. After cooling, lift the top mold gently.
4. Insert each stick first into icing and then into cake pops, 15 mm deep.
5. Put the cakes in the fridge to harden (about 2 hours).
6. Apply the desired icing by dipping each cake in the respective bowl. Take care to remove the excess icing.
7. At the end, you can apply different edible decorations on top of the icing or you can wait for the icing to harden and paint it.
