Happy Week frequently asked questions
Given that questions about placing order and delivery always come up during the promotion on Happy Week, we want to make sure we provide you with answers to the most frequent questions.
- What is the start time of Happy Week at KitchenShop?
As befits such a campaign, Happy Week starts first thing in the morning, so we expect you starting with 00.00 on July 1 2024.
You can shop at anytime in the online store www.kitchenshop.eu from July 1 to 7.
- How do I pay?
Payment can be made online via the Stripe payment processor, via Paypal and by Payment order.
- Delivery of products ordered online
At the time when you place your order, you have the products booked just for you, within the limit of available stock. There may be a slight shipping delay during this period, but we will do our best to deliver the products to you as soon as possible. Orders incoming during Happy Week will be processed starting from July 1 in chronological order.
We'll offer you free delivery if the value of the products you order exceeds 85 euros.
