When the FIVE STAR ***** knives were created, professional chefs were also involved. The result was a special one: ergonomic knives with extraordinary design were created, which do not tire the hand while they are used even for a long time. 
The steel used is a special one invented by ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS: special formula with optimal carbon and chromium content.
