The "Taipan" range is unique due to the fact that it is handmade, through a long and careful process, taking care that each plate has an impeccable enamel.
In the manufacturing process, the raw material is subjected to a temperature of 1250⁰C and this way, the material does not absorb moisture and gives them increased resistance to thermal shocks.
Dishes in this range have a "hardened edge", being durable and resistant to chipping.
