Krosno

KROSNO S.A. is a Polish company specialized in manufacturing glass dishes and containers, that was founded in 1923. The company boasts of the technique of manual manufacture of traditional glass, being able to provide a wide range of products, starting with delicate drinking glasses and ending with large size bowls.  Another important part of the products provided is the glass containers produced with the help of automated mechanical equipment. These automated production machines were first introduced to the company in 1945.

The glassware produced by Krosno S.A. combines unique design elements, neat workmanship and state-of-the-art technology. The high quality of Krosno products as well as impeccably cast glass are obtained thanks to the combination of manufacturing techniques developed over many years and the use of carefully chosen ingredients.

Over the years, Krosno S.A. has received numerous awards for its products, the most important being those from the Warsaw Industrial Institute, the Polish Institute of Design, the country's president, and the title of "Design of the Year 2002" awarded by the Polish Ministry of Economy.
