Product description
Every chef has his secrets, but one of them is undoubtedly a good knife that cuts precisely and stands the test of time in the face of any culinary challenge.
The chef's knife is the most widely used knife and will help you no matter what ingredients you work with. You can cut, mince or slice vegetables, fruit and meats with it, making it an indispensable knife for any chef, amateur or professional.
The knife blade is 20 cm long, made from a special steel, an optimal combination of chrome, carbon and iron and benefits from the FRIODUR® treatment. This is a process developed by the German manufacturer ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS, which involves cryogenically heating the blade at temperatures of -70 °C, resulting in a hard, shock-resistant steel with anti-rust and anti-stain properties.
The handle is a modern reinterpretation of the classic 3-rivet design and is made of polypropylene.
