Rezista bine la temperaturi mari
O folosesc impreuna cu wok-ul de la AMT. Am facut destule feluri de stir fry la temperaturi mari, amestecand cu paleta.

Am facut chiar si Smash Burgers intr-o tigaie mai mica, nu s-a topit. Rezista bine.
